Clinical Informatics Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Integration Enablement Specialist (Clinical Informatics) to drive successful onboarding and activation of client integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing integration lead, guiding partners through onboarding and implementation
• Drive successful deployment of integrations across multiple pathways and ensure alignment between client workflows and company capabilities
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support post-launch performance monitoring and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA with 2+ years or Master's with 1+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR integrations
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems
• Experience leading client implementations and cross-functional projects
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and APIs
