Clinical Informatics Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Driving successful onboarding and activation of client integrations, the full-time remote Client Integration Enablement Specialist (Clinical Informatics) will lead client-facing integration efforts across various platforms, ensuring seamless adoption of Galleri workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client-facing integration lead, guiding partners through onboarding and implementation
• Validate and optimize clinical workflows, ensuring alignment between client workflows and GRAIL capabilities
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end workflow validation to ensure quality prior to go-live

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA with 2+ years or Master's with 1+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR integrations
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems, including Epic and Athena
• Experience leading client implementations and cross-functional projects
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
