Clinical Informatics Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of key Population Health initiatives, the full-time remote Population Health Program & Analytics Manager will manage workflows, performance monitoring, and collaboration with market-level teams to enhance nursing and case management outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and performance improvement plans for Population Health programs across various markets
• Lead organizational-level programs and strategies to enhance performance in Population Health and Nursing areas
• Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams to ensure technology supports program workflows and reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Current and active clinical licensure in good standing
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in technology or clinical informatics preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical setting, with at least 3 years in population health in a value-based care environment
• At least 2 years of Clinical Informatics and/or Analytics experience, with a focus on productivity and KPI tracking
• Demonstrated experience in clinical program design and implementation across multiple locations
