Clinical Innovation Director

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Sr Director Clinical Innovation will manage digital health product roadmaps, oversee strategic planning and performance reporting, and provide product management leadership to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Growth Marketing teams to optimize operations and support go-to-market strategies for digital health products
• Oversee annual planning and budgeting while tracking financial performance and reporting on key business and product KPIs
• Guide product strategy and development, focusing on commercialization opportunities and measurable outcomes across the health system

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience and 2 years in leadership
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management within software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health
• Experience in virtual care, patient engagement, or remote patient monitoring products is preferred
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into actionable priorities
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams in a fast-paced environment
