Clinical Innovation Senior Director

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Clinical Innovation Senior Director will manage digital health product roadmaps, oversee strategic planning and performance reporting, and provide product management leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Growth Marketing teams to execute digital health product roadmaps and optimize operations
• Oversee annual planning and budgeting, tracking financial performance and reporting on key business and product KPIs
• Guide product strategy and development, focusing on clinical and financial outcomes while leading change initiatives across the health system

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health
• Experience in virtual care/telehealth, patient engagement, and remote patient monitoring products
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable priorities
• Experience working with engineering and design teams in a fast-paced environment
