Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCOA Library and Translations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the library of licensed clinical instruments, ensuring audit-ready documentation
• Partner with product, services, and legal teams to streamline instrument intake and validation processes
• Manage end-to-end translation workflows for 80+ languages, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in translation project management or licensing operations
• 2+ years of experience managing workflows in licensing, localization, or clinical trial settings
• Experience with translation management systems and licensing agreement structures
• Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
