Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Interpreter for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interpreting and translation services to patients, families, and the organization
• Interpret via phone and video
• Translate patient education material

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree plus 2 years of interpreting experience OR High School Diploma plus 4 years of interpreting experience
• Obtain a Competence in Language Interpreting certificate OR have an equivalent or higher medical interpreter certification within first 90 days
• Complete at least 40 hours of medical interpreter training OR have an equivalent or higher medical interpreting education within first 90 days
• National Interpreter Certification within 2 years of employment
• Proficient in Microsoft computer programs and knowledge of medical terminology
