Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical IT Analyst who provides advanced technical and workflow support for clinical and telehealth systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for clinical and telehealth systems to ensure continuity of patient care
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and workflow issues, including escalated cases
• Serve as a liaison between clinical users and internal teams to coordinate issue resolution and communicate updates

Required Qualifications

• Experience in supporting healthcare, clinical, or enterprise software systems in a customer-facing role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, operating systems, devices, and integrations
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Healthcare IT, informatics, or EMR-related certifications are preferred
