Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical IT Project Coordinator (Data Migration).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and follow-up item tracking
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings including agendas, minutes, and action items
• Track and escalate action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to project management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Athena EMR experience preferred
