Clinical Lab Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEDITECH Lab Analyst - Chargemaster.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or collaborate in the build, implementation, and support of projects in the LIS space
• Implement and maintain laboratory standards for charge mapping and linkage to enterprise standards
• Collaborate with laboratory operations and ITG to analyze and reconcile volume and revenue impacts pre- and post-Expanse go-live

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience with clinical laboratory systems use, maintenance, or implementation; 3+ years as a medical technologist preferred
• Experience with MEDITECH EHR platforms, especially MEDITECH Magic and/or Expanse
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets or chargemaster mapping
• Knowledge of billing/coding, revenue cycle, or healthcare experience related to Chargemaster preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
