Clinical Lab Manager

Job Summary

Managing central laboratory operations for clinical studies, the full-time remote Clinical Lab Manager will oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate sample management activities to support research and development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead central laboratory operations for clinical studies, ensuring sample integrity and timely data delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for CROs and clinical sites regarding sample collection and processing
• Coordinate vendor selection and management activities for central and specialty testing laboratories

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in clinical research, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments, with at least 2 years in central laboratory oversight
• Hands-on experience managing central laboratory vendor relationships and sample management activities
• Familiarity with ICH, GCP, and applicable GxP guidelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree is a plus
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
