Job Summary

Seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist - FL Licensed for a remote position, the candidate will perform complex laboratory procedures, analyze specimens, and maintain quality control in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Key responsibilities:

• Performs clinical laboratory tests and exercises independent judgment in the assigned specialty
• Maintains accurate records for proficiency testing and analyzes specimens using approved procedures
• Documents quality control measures and corrective actions for any deviations from established performance specifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field with laboratory experience
• ASCP certification for the assigned specialty is required
• Current Florida state license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
• 1+ years of experience in high complexity testing is preferred
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control standards
