Clinical Lead

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of multi-regional clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Lead will provide leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring high standards in site management and monitoring activities while collaborating closely with stakeholders and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to clinical teams, ensuring studies remain on track and key milestones are achieved
• Oversee site management and monitoring activities, coordinating feasibility assessments and site selection
• Act as a liaison between project teams and sponsors, preparing meeting materials and maintaining proactive communication

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in clinical monitoring and site management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and study conduct requirements
• Previous experience leading or mentoring Clinical Research Associates and project teams
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global clinical research environment
