Clinical Lead

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership for regional clinical trial activities, the fully remote Clinical Lead will oversee site feasibility assessments, coordinate regulatory submissions, and manage investigational product logistics while partnering with project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site feasibility assessments, site identification, and selection for clinical studies
• Coordinate ethics committee and regulatory submission activities to ensure timely approvals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders, delivering updates and resolving operational challenges

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in advanced clinical monitoring and site management across multiple locations
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor clinical operations teams
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field preferred
