Clinical Lead II

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time remote Clinical Lead II will manage site performance improvement plans, oversee clinical monitoring quality, and ensure audit readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for site management and monitoring quality concerns, including the initiation of site performance improvement plans
• Plan and participate in sponsor calls, providing updates on clinical deliverables while representing the Clinical and SSU functions
• Monitor clinical operations metrics and ensure a state of audit readiness, reviewing and responding to audit findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lead, with prior onsite monitoring experience preferred
• Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate team members
• Working knowledge of clinical financials, including budgets and resource management
