Clinical Lead II

Job Summary

Serving as the initial point of contact for site management concerns, the full-time Clinical Lead II will oversee clinical monitoring quality, manage performance improvement plans, and ensure audit readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the quality of clinical monitoring and site management deliverables using dashboards and reporting tools
• Plans and participates in sponsor calls, providing status updates on clinical deliverables
• Monitors clinical operations metrics, ensuring timely data entry and addressing any performance or quality concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lead, with prior onsite monitoring experience preferred
• Experience in Rare Disease and Oncology therapeutic areas
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams
• Working knowledge of clinical financials, including budgets and resource management
