Clinical Lead II - Dermatology

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time Clinical Lead II - Dermatology will manage site performance improvement plans, oversee clinical monitoring quality, and ensure audit readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for site management and monitoring quality concerns, initiating performance improvement plans as needed
• Plans and participates in sponsor calls, providing updates on clinical deliverables and representing the Clinical and SSU functions
• Monitors clinical operations metrics and ensures a state of audit readiness, addressing any audit findings and supporting remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lead, with prior onsite monitoring experience preferred
• Experience in the Dermatology therapeutic area is required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate team members and achieve targets
• Working knowledge of clinical financials, including budgets and resource management
