Clinical Lead III (General Medicine)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Lead III (General Medicine).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global study and program clinical teams, enhancing efficiency across studies
• Oversee tracking and analysis of clinical team action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports
• Contribute to protocol and study document reviews, and support risk management and mitigation planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
• 9 years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years in clinical monitoring
• 4 or more years of Clinical Oversight experience, preferably in General Medicine studies
• Experience in mentoring and training Clinical Leads on global clinical programs
• Expert presentation skills, including experience in bid defense
