Clinical Lead III Neuroscience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Lead III (Neuroscience) to join their Global Clinical Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive global study and program clinical team engagement and maximize efficiencies across studies/programs
• Oversee clinical team tracking, analysis of action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports
• Support project management and ensure adequate resourcing for team members throughout the study duration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 9 years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years in clinical monitoring
• 4 or more years of Clinical Oversight experience, preferably in Neuroscience studies
• Experience in providing guidance and mentoring for Clinical Leads on global studies
• Expert presentation skills, including experience in bid defense
