Clinical Lead III (Neuroscience)
Job Summary
Driving global study and program engagement, the full-time remote Clinical Lead III (Neuroscience) will manage clinical teams, oversee study documentation, and ensure financial health of clinical activities while supporting biotech and pharma companies in developing innovative medical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and maximize efficiencies of the clinical team across studies and programs
- Oversee tracking and analysis of action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports
- Collaborate with functional leads to identify data-related issues and develop mitigation plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of clinical research experience, with at least 4 years in clinical monitoring
- 4 or more years of Clinical Oversight experience, preferably in Neuroscience trials
- Experience providing guidance and mentoring for Clinical Leads on global studies
- Expert presentation skills, including experience in bid defense
