Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient & Provider Clinical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Customer Experience and Clinical Product teams to enhance patient engagement
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to address concerns from providers and patients
• Develop procedures and protocols to resolve patient and provider issues and inquiries

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a master's level clinician
• Experience managing patient or provider complaints or concerns
• Background in health plans, health systems, or value-based healthcare startups
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for reimagining behavioral health quality and improving patient experiences
