Clinical Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading global clinical research projects, the full-time Clinical Lead Project Manager will manage multi-center studies, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high quality standards, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona or Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across various therapeutic areas
• Lead and manage multi-functional project teams, training and mentoring team members
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project matters

Required qualifications

• Recent clinical research experience as a project manager or equivalent role
• Global or regional clinical project management experience from startup to closure
• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology, GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease
• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred
• BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
