Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Letter Templates Manager for a temporary remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a suite of Clinical Letter Templates
• Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams to ensure templates are updated and compliant with healthcare mandates
• Provide subject matter expertise on letter template requirements and support projects throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis and clinical healthcare
• Familiarity with Department of Insurance, ERISA, and Non-ERISA Self Insured requirements
• Ability to conduct analysis of current letter templates and streamline when possible
• Experience with user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation of templates
• Knowledge of health literacy and ability to review templates for correct formatting and grammar
