Job Summary

To enhance healthcare solutions, the full-time Clinical Manager will implement advisory strategies, manage multiple projects, and create analytical models while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate their value throughout client engagements
• Own project management artifacts and drive the development of key deliverables
• Lead client interviews and conduct detailed analyses to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in nursing, leadership, or consulting
• Operational knowledge in clinical areas such as inpatient, outpatient, or emergency care
• Experience in process improvement and operational change management
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office and familiarity with analytical tools like PowerBI and Tableau
