Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Medical Services Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors in the collection and processing of adverse event and product complaint information
• Support business strategies for product safety reports and ensure compliance with global regulations
• Conduct training and audits, ensuring effective communication and rapport with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN), BSN, or BS Pharm/PharmD
• 2-4 years of clinical healthcare experience, with previous pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Core knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA)
• Proven ability to lead project work and manage processes effectively
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry contact center is preferred
