Clinical Medical Services Specialist

Job Summary

Providing medical support remotely, the contract Clinical Medical Services Specialist III will oversee vendor compliance in the collection and processing of adverse event information while acting as a liaison with Quality Assurance and Customer Service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct oversight of vendors to ensure timely and compliant collection and processing of adverse event information
• Support vendor case quality and processing metrics while remaining current on industry regulations
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions in collaboration with vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science; RN, BSN, BS Pharm, PharmD, or advanced degree preferred
• 2-4 years of clinical experience or 2-3 years of clinical experience with 1 year in pharmacovigilance
• Nursing experience, preferably in critical care/ICU/Cardiac/ER settings
• Core knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA)
• Demonstrated ability to lead project work and collaborate in a team environment
