Clinical Medical Services Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and quality standards, the part-time Clinical Medical Services Specialist will conduct oversight of vendors regarding the collection and processing of adverse event information while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee vendors to ensure timely and compliant processing of adverse event information
• Support vendor case quality and participate in audits and inspections as needed
• Develop training materials and provide medical support for product information inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science; advanced degrees such as RN, BSN, or PharmD preferred
• 2-4 years of clinical experience, with a preference for critical care or pharmacovigilance experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead project work and collaborate in team environments
• Understanding of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA) and case management processes
• Competence in case processing procedures and conventions
