Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Monitoring & Site Management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and evaluate the delivery of the Clinical Monitoring unit
Support clinical monitoring teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage Clinical Monitoring team members and third-party contractors

Required Qualifications

College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences or Life Sciences preferred)
4-6 years of related experience with ongoing training
Experience managing CRA staff and providing training/mentorship
Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring regulations and GCP guidelines
Demonstrated leadership skills and customer service orientation
