Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Monitoring & Site Management (Europe).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and evaluate the delivery of the Clinical Monitoring unit
Support and represent project and clinical monitoring teams with sponsors throughout the project life cycle
Manage Clinical Monitoring teams, ensuring adequate staffing and performance management

Required Qualifications

College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences, Life Sciences preferred) or SoCRA/ACRP Certification
4-6 years of related experience with ongoing training
Experience managing CRA staff and providing training/mentorship
Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to clinical monitoring and GCP
Demonstrated leadership skills and a customer service-oriented approach
