Clinical Monitoring Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day delivery of Clinical Monitoring capabilities, the full-time Clinical Monitoring Manager will oversee operational leadership and strategic impact across European CRAs, ensuring compliance and quality while managing resources and performance in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project-specific processes related to site selection, clinical monitoring, and compliance issue resolution
• Act as a representative of Clinical Monitoring teams, addressing sponsor/site concerns and integrating new technologies
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management for Clinical Monitoring teams, ensuring adequate resource allocation

Required qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences or Life Sciences preferred) with 4-6 years of related experience
• Experience in managing CRA staff and providing training or mentorship
• Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines pertaining to clinical monitoring and GCP
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a remote global environment
