Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Navigation Trainer to develop and implement educational programs for their Clinical Navigator team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding curriculum for Clinical Navigators, including live sessions and self-paced modules
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to create ongoing training for current team members
• Evaluate and revise training materials based on feedback and performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical training or patient navigation
• 5+ years of experience in designing and facilitating healthcare education programs
• Strong understanding of the clinical navigator role and related workflows
• Experience in developing SOPs and training materials in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with e-learning tools and remote training delivery methods
