Clinical Network Development Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the expansion of a national clinical network, the remote Medical Education - Network Development Coordinator will identify and engage healthcare professionals and organizations, managing a recruitment pipeline from outreach to onboarding readiness while collaborating virtually with team members.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the clinical network by recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites through various outreach methods
• Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, prioritizing opportunities and meeting performance expectations
• Educate potential partners on the value of collaboration with AMO and guide them through the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or related fields
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes and healthcare documentation
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment pipelines, preferably with HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment
