Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Network Recruiter I to join their Practitioner Contracting/Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company and execute practitioner contracts through outbound calls
• Meet minimum required outbound calls and monthly recruitment goals
• Utilize contact management database and submit weekly activity reports

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if using equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
• Proficient in MS Office
• Organized and results-oriented team player
• Ability to qualify clinical practitioners and handle objections effectively
