Clinical Network Recruiter

Job Summary

Clinical Network Recruiter is a remote, full-time position responsible for making outbound calls to prospective practitioners to encourage their participation in clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the organization and execute practitioner contracts through outbound calls
• Meet minimum outbound call requirements and monthly recruitment goals
• Utilize contact management database and submit weekly activity reports to management

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if equivalent experience is claimed
• Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
• Proficient in MS Office
• Organized and results-oriented team player
• Ability to build relationships and qualify clinical practitioners based on documented criteria
