Clinical Nurse Educator - RN License

Job Summary

To establish a dedicated clinical education function, the full-time Clinical Nurse Educator - RN License will deliver new employee orientation, provide ongoing clinical education to staff, and collaborate with the Compliance and Quality team to translate audit findings into targeted education, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the weekly New Employee General Orientation program across all markets, including logistics and content evaluation
• Provide ongoing clinical education and competency development for clinical staff, creating targeted education modules based on audit findings and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with market Clinical Directors to assess education needs and ensure continuity of clinical standards across all markets

Required qualifications

• Active RN license required (multi-state or Compact license preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 3 years of clinical hospice or home health nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical education, precepting, or staff development
• Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice Conditions of Participation and clinical documentation standards
