Clinical Nurse Practitioner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Care Enablement to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule training for clinicians, developing onboarding programs for Nurse Practitioners and Social Workers
• Ensure clinical accuracy and consistency across training content and oversee clinical quality assurance for front-line roles
• Serve as the clinical point of contact between market clinicians and the Care Enablement team, facilitating effective feedback and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Clinical Nurse Practitioner Licensure required
• 3+ years of experience in chronic condition management, preferably in primary care or outpatient settings
• Proven training facilitation and clinical education experience
• Strong motivational interviewing skills and ability to coach others
• Experience in Metabolic, Cardiovascular, or Pulmonary condition care preferred
