Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Onboarding Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide therapists through the onboarding process from credentialing completion to full platform activation
• Lead onboarding communications and calls, ensuring therapists understand the activation process and app functionality
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and resolve any issues that arise

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Experience in teaching or guiding clinicians through complex workflows or software systems
• Proficiency with technology platforms and software applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• A two-year college degree or completion of specialized training or certification
