Clinical Onboarding Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Onboarding Coordinator - AOC - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment requirements, including background checks and drug screenings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing support throughout the onboarding process
• Communicate with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure alignment in the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• ATS experience preferred
