Clinical Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full clinician lifecycle from offer acceptance to productivity, the full-time remote Clinical Onboarding & Training Manager will manage the onboarding and enablement processes for clinical hires, build and lead a team of trainers, and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for all clinical hires, setting productivity and competency standards
• Build and lead a team of clinical trainers and onboarding coordinators, establishing operational standards and culture
• Partner with clinical leadership and compliance to ensure training aligns with protocol and regulatory updates

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical operations, onboarding, or training program management within a regulated healthcare environment
• Experience leading a team and a track record of hiring and developing personnel
• Proven ability to build or scale onboarding or training programs, including necessary tools and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of regulatory and licensure requirements for a multi-state clinical workforce
• Data fluency to define KPIs, build reporting, and forecast capacity against hiring plans
