Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for clinical candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding processes for doctors and therapists, ensuring all necessary documentation and equipment are ready for their first day
• Track licensing and DEA application processes to ensure timely completion before start dates
• Provide backup support for the recruiting coordinator and assist with special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical talent acquisition setting
• Proactive and people-focused with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience maintaining applicant tracking systems accurately
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced spreadsheet capabilities
• Desire to advance in a structured career growth plan
