Clinical Operations Assistant

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the part-time hourly Clinical Operations Assistant will manage the referral intake process, schedule patient sessions, and collect consent documents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log new patient referrals into the system and schedule first sessions in coordination with clinician availability
• Track consent document collection and ensure completeness prior to patient sessions
• Maintain clinician availability and monitor session data for accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they escalate
• Comfortable working with multiple software systems simultaneously
• Ability to follow detailed processes and flag discrepancies
• Clear written communication skills for escalating issues
• No specific healthcare or technical background required; training will be provided
