Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation processes, onboarding tasks, and ongoing support for customers integrating clinical technology
- Provide first-line technical support for clinical integrations and troubleshoot issues with speed and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write documentation and advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on implementation and customer support experience, preferably in a software-as-a-service company
- Strong foundational understanding of technical concepts related to healthcare technology
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills to communicate complex subjects clearly and simply
- Proficiency in tools such as Help Scout, Stripe, Slack, Zoom, and GSuite
