Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage implementation processes, onboarding tasks, and ongoing support for customers integrating clinical technology
  • Provide first-line technical support for clinical integrations and troubleshoot issues with speed and accuracy

Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of hands-on implementation and customer support experience, preferably in a software-as-a-service company
  • Strong foundational understanding of technical concepts related to healthcare technology
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills to communicate complex subjects clearly and simply
  • Proficiency in tools such as Help Scout, Stripe, Slack, Zoom, and GSuite
