Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate to contribute to the execution of clinical programs and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely care for high-risk clients
• Triage clinical quality cases and track key clinical quality metrics
• Assist in the preparation and submission of quality reports and support clinical project execution

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or behavioral health technology
• 2+ years of project or program coordination experience
• Familiarity with NCQA standards and HEDIS measures preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and workflow tracking systems; experience with Salesforce or EMRs is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, or a related field preferred
