Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate to support operational processes for cancer surveillance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with ordering accounts to ensure efficient NavDx test ordering and patient management
• Collaborate with sales, Patient Navigation, and clinical teams to ensure appropriate access to NavDx testing
• Monitor physician ordering patterns and ensure data integrity within operational systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical operations or analytics in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in life sciences or diagnostics companies, or in a healthcare setting supporting patients and providers
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals is beneficial
