Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate will manage state licensing, troubleshoot clinical systems, and oversee capacity management to ensure clinicians are equipped to meet patient demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and document state-by-state licensing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary responder for clinical technical issues and implement workflow improvements
• Coordinate clinician transfers and identify capacity bottlenecks to support efficient patient care

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Clinical Operations, Healthcare Operations, or a regulated coordination role
• Familiarity with the credentialing lifecycle and experience with payer enrollment is a plus
• Proficiency with clinical platforms and e-prescribing systems
• Experience with project coordination for multi-state expansions is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel/Sheets, with an interest in data-driven decision-making
