Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the operational needs of a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate will manage patient transitions, ensure accurate clinical dashboards, and perform administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Clinical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient panel coverage and transitions during clinician absences, ensuring accurate internal records and logistics
• Monitor and maintain clinical dashboards, performing data audits and partnering with the data team for analysis
• Provide administrative support, including documentation maintenance and cross-functional collaboration with data and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or a similar administrative/analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and data management
• Experience with BI tools such as Lightdash, Looker, or Tableau, with a willingness to learn dashboard creation
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Adaptability to high work volume and evolving priorities in a clinical practice environment
