Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing Clinical Operations team, the full-time remote Clinical Operations Senior Associate will manage complex operational challenges, optimize physician workflows, and enhance practice performance through data-driven insights and scalable processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary escalation point for daily operational bottlenecks and root-cause issues
• Design and implement scalable operational processes to improve efficiency across the Clinical Operations team
• Analyze clinical dashboards and operational metrics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or high-growth healthcare technology environments
• Proven self-starter with a track record of owning and executing ambiguous problems independently
• Strong structured problem-solving skills leveraging data for operational decisions
• Exceptional project management capabilities with experience managing multiple complex workstreams
• Healthcare or teleradiology experience is a plus, but candidates with strong consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply
