Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and evaluate member services clinical escalations
• Research individual situations, clinical standards, and benefit guidelines to provide recommendations
• Support research of evidence-based data to inform company's services

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in the fertility clinical space
• Medically-related degree: BSN, RN, or equivalent
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Technologically savvy
• Experience in the public health space and/or insurance industry
