Key Responsibilities

• Support the oncology Clinical Operations team in implementing the clinical development plan
• Manage operational deliverables for clinical trials, including timelines, budgets, and vendor oversight
• Ensure compliance with GCP guidelines and oversee the execution of clinical trials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
• Experience with Phase 2 and Phase 3 studies
• Previous experience managing CROs and vendors
• Experience in developing policies and SOPs
