Clinical Operations Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end clinical trial operations, the full-time Associate Director, Clinical Operations will provide operational oversight for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating cross-functionally to meet study objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial operations from start-up through close-out for Orexin development programs
• Develop and execute operational plans, timelines, and performance metrics for assigned studies
• Manage clinical trial budgets and provide updates on study status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a sciences field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments
• Proven experience managing clinical trials across multiple phases (Phase 1-3)
• Strong working knowledge of clinical trial operations, global regulatory requirements, ICH guidelines, and GCP
• Experience using clinical trial management systems
